Who Are the Players Competing at the Game Changers 2023 Championship?

Evil Geniuses’s Roster For Gamer Changers 2023 Championship

“Nora” is the new addition to the team for the championship, replacing “keenc” who was let go from the team for “severely inappropriate, hateful and misogynistic” comments.

“Nora” previously played for Supernova Galaxy during the Game Changers 2023 Series III: NA.

The roster that held “keenc” for the Game Changers 2023 Series III: NA eliminated “Nora” and Supernova Galaxy during Closed Qualifiers – Lower Bracket Round 3, preventing Supernova Galaxy from reaching the main bracket and qualifying for the championship.

“Lorri” and “StarBound” joined the team recently as well. They joined just before the Game Changers 2023 Series III: NA, where they won and qualified for the championship. They replaced “Stefanie” and “showliana” who played for the team during Game Changers 2023 Series II: NA, when they qualified for Series III but lost in the Lower Bracket’s second round.

“Lorri” came from Shopify Rebellion GC (Not to be confused with the Shopify Rebellion team who is playing in the championship. Shopify Rebellion dropped their entire roster after they did not qualify for this year’s championship and they acquired Version1 – who did qualify – renaming it Shopify Rebellion). “Lorri” had been with Shopify Rebellion GC since 2021, making her a member of the team when they placed second at Game Changers 2022 Championship.

“Lorri” beat her old team, Shopify Rebellion GC, in Game Changers 2023 Series III: NA – Lower Bracket Finals, eliminating them from making it to Series III finals and qualifying for the championship.

“StarBound” came from Velaris. She played for them during Game Changers 2023 Series I, but they did not make it out of Lower Bracket’s third round.

“PowerPixele” and “theia” have played on this roster throughout 2023 series. Jovi and Kurt have coached and managed the team, respectively, for the entire 2023 series. Jovi joined as the team’s coach in January of this year and Kurt has been the manager since 2021.
